VertX was founded by Luis Perez and David Perez on a simple observation: homeowners kept getting caught between solar companies that wouldn't touch roofs and roofers who wouldn't touch solar. So they built the company that does both — one crew, one license, one warranty for everything above your ceiling.
We're based at 1901 W Pacific Ave, Ste 201, West Covina and work throughout the San Gabriel Valley. No door-knockers, no out-of-state call centers — assessments are done by people who can actually climb your roof, and quotes are in writing with the roof's condition included.
Vertx LLC is licensed, bonded, and insured (CSLB Lic. #0000000). Every project is permitted with your city and inspected. Our 25-year workmanship warranty is only as good as our intention to be here in 25 years — which is the point of building a company in our own hometown.
