These terms govern your use of vertxusa.com, operated by Vertx LLC ("VertX," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site — but feel free to call us instead.
Everything on this site — descriptions of services, savings discussions, timelines, example projects — is general information, not an offer, quote, or guarantee. Energy production, utility rates, incentives, and savings depend on your home, your usage, your rate plan, and rules that change over time. The numbers that count are the ones in a written proposal and signed contract.
Submitting the quote form is not a contract and does not obligate you or us to anything. It asks us to contact you about your project, as described in the consent statement on the form and in our Privacy Policy. Any services we ultimately provide are governed by a separate written home improvement contract, as California law requires for this kind of work.
The VertX name, logo, photographs, and site content belong to Vertx LLC or are used with permission. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute them for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Don't misuse the site: no attempting to disrupt it, no submitting false information through our forms, no scraping or automated harvesting of content or data, and no using the site for anything unlawful.
The site links to third-party services such as Google Maps and financing providers. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it accurate and running, but we make no warranties about the site itself — express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. This disclaimer applies to the website only; workmanship and product warranties for installed projects are stated in your project contract.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vertx LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that California law does not allow to be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute relating to the website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
