Our standard

We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat accessibility as part of building the site, not an add-on.

What we've done

Semantic HTML structure with proper headings, landmarks, and labeled navigation.
Every form field has a visible label, and forms can be completed with a keyboard.
Every meaningful image has a text alternative describing what it shows.
Site navigation, including the mobile menu, is keyboard operable with visible focus.
Text colors are chosen for contrast against their backgrounds.
Animations are disabled for visitors whose devices request reduced motion.
The layout adapts to screen size and text zoom without loss of content.
The full site is available in English and Spanish.

Known limitations

Third-party services we link to, such as Google Maps, have their own accessibility practices that we don't control. If any part of our own site gives you trouble, that's a bug we want to know about.
