Roofing
Tear-offs, re-roofs, and repairs across the San Gabriel Valley — built by our crews, warrantied for 25 years, and solar-ready from day one.
Most roofers never think about what happens above the shingles. We do — because half our business is installing solar on the roofs we build. That changes how we work: load paths planned for future panels, flashing details that survive penetrations, and materials chosen for a 25-year service life, not a quick handoff.
Every project starts with a free inspection with photos you keep, whether or not you hire us. If the roof has ten good years left, we'll say so. If it doesn't — and you're considering solar — you'll want to know before anyone bolts a 25-year system onto it.
Common questions
A repair makes sense when the roof is fundamentally sound and the damage is local — a few lifted shingles, one bad flashing. If the roof is near the end of its service life, repairs become a subscription. We inspect, photograph everything, and tell you which one you actually need.
Asphalt composition shingle, concrete and clay tile, and metal. We match material recommendations to the house, the neighborhood, and whether solar is part of the plan.
Mount blocking and flashing planned into the roof from day one, so when panels go on — now or in five years — nobody is cutting into a finished roof. It costs little during a re-roof and saves real money later.
Yes. Re-roofs are permitted with your city and inspected. If solar is part of the project, we combine both into one permit package — fewer inspection visits, faster timeline.
